A picture of a recent prescription (within past 90 days) or medication bottle is required when submitting a request. The medication name, dosage, and date filled must be visible. If you do not have this information available to attach, we will verify with your pharmacy, however this may delay prescription order as most pharmacies do not operate 24 hours. We prescribe up to a 3 month supply. Refills start at $35.
We DO NOT prescribe controlled substances or dangerous habit forming medications.
General refills only cover cost of the consultation and DO NOT include the medication. You will be responsible for the cost of medication at your pharmacy. If you have medical insurance you may use your insurance to cover the cost of the medication with any applicable copay. If your insurance requires prior authorization, additional fee of $45 will apply and must be paid prior to completion of the prior authorization.

Our service fee is fully refundable. However, consultation fee is non-refundable once prescriptions is sent to the pharmacy.
We do NOT prescribe dangerous drugs including narcotics, ambien, muscle relaxant, clonidine, gabapentin or any other controlled drugs.
Similar to your local doctor's office, our one-time fee covers the online consultation only. You still have to pay for medicine at the pharmacy.
